How do I login VinFast App?
To ensure security, besides the password, users can use Face ID or fingerprint to log in to their VinFast App account as follows:
Login with ID:
- Enable login with Face ID/Fingerprint
- Log in with a password, go to the Password and Security section in the "VinFast ID" page
Enable Fingerprint/Face ID: Enable “Register Face ID” or “Register Fingerprint”.
Sign in Fingerprint/Face ID: Touch the “Fingerprint” or “Face ID” icon on the screen.
