Please note that:

– In case: You lose the batteries OR you make the battery cover deformed and the batteries no longer work OR you lose Zplug on the battery cover: You will compensate us at the original price of VND 8,600,000/ battery (Including VAT)

– In case: Battery cover is deformed in: their cover or body cover or base case but the batteries are still working well: You will compensate VND700,000/ each part of the battery cover that is deformed

– In case: Battery cover is not deformed (satisfy the return, exchange condition) but the batteries are not working: No compensation required.
