Will my vehicle be locked when reaching the maximum number of kilometers limited by the renting package?
When your vehicle reaches the maximum number of kilometers limited by the renting package, the system will automatically switch from the super economical package to the standard package to ensure no interruption during your traveling.
Can I rent more batteries?
Please note that: For KlaraS model, you can rent up to 02 batteries for each vehicle and for Ludo and Impes models, you can rent 01 battery for each vehicle.
How much does it cost to rent VinFast e-scooter battery pack?
VinFast sells e-scooters models including KlaraS, Ludo and Impes without batteries (the above price does not include batteries). Therefore, you will not pay the cost of buying batteries and bear the same risks in respect of batteries as other models.
How to authenticate my account on VinFast E-Scooter application?
User account is your registered mobile phone number when buying your vehicle. Immediately after you register and enter required information for your account on the VinFast E-Scooter App, the system will send an OTP code to your mobile phone number to verify your account.
