- Warranty for VinFast e-scooters
- Warranty for new vehicles: VinFast is currently applying a free 3-year warranty with unlimited kilometers for e-scooter products. Particularly for lead acid batteries on Klara A2 models, the warranty period is 01 year with unlimited kilometers.
– Warranty for Spare Parts: Spare parts during repair at the Distributor at the customer's expense will be warranted for 12 months and unlimited kilometers.
- Warranty services shall be provided free of charge for customers and the smallest details and components provided by VinFast to Distributors for replacement shall be genuine spare parts.
- Periodical maintenance program for VinFast e-scooters
- VinFast is currently applying a free periodic maintenance program for Klara A1 and Klara A2 models. For Ludo, Impes and Klaras models, warranty fee shall be applicable in accordance with VinFast regulations on price.
- The free Periodic Maintenance Program for e-scooters includes labor costs and spare parts including brake fluid but excluding wear and tear parts such as tires and brake pads after 3 years or 30,000 km from the date of the retail invoice issued by VinFast showrooms or by the Distributor to the customer whichever comes first.
- There will be 7 times of free periodic maintenance as follows:
+ First time: 1 month/1,000 KM
+ Second time: 6 months/5,000 KM
+ Third time: 12 months/10,000 KM
+ Fourth time: 18 months/15,000 KM
+ Fifth time: 24 months/20,000 KM
+Sixth time: 30 months/25,000 KM
+ Seventh time: 36 months/30,000 KM
- To be entitled to the free Periodic Maintenance Program, you need to bring your vehicle to the service workshop within 10 days or when the number of kilometers ± 1000 km recorded on the free periodic maintenance card, whichever comes first.
- What should I pay attention to ensure my vehicle meets the requirements of the warranty?
. You need to maintain your vehicles periodically to ensure they meet the requirements of the warranty policy. In addition, you should read and refer to the warranty exclusion terms in the warranty and maintenance card.
- If I my warranty card is lost, will the warranty be valid to my vehicle?
In case of loss of warranty card, warranty policy is still applicable. Please bring your vehicle to our agent to be reissued with the warranty card.
- When should maintenance for the first time be carried out?
Please bring your vehicle to an authorized dealer for maintenance when your vehicle has been used for 1 month or 1,000km, whichever comes first.
- If I move to another place, do I have to bring my vehicle back to the place of purchase for warranty?
Periodical maintenance shall be provided at all VinFast authorized agents.
