• Warranty for Tires:

- Warranty period and scope

+ Tires are warranted according to the new car warranty period.

+ The cost of warranty reimbursement to customers will be calculated according to the remaining tread height of the tire.

- Confirmation of tire warranty

+ When the customer requests tire warranty, the Distributor shall contact VinFast or VinFast tire manufacturer for assistance in checking and confirming the warranty.

+ Based on conclusions of the tire manufacturer, the Distributor will decide the warranty for the customer.

• Rust warranty is only applied when metal sheet is pierced under normal operating conditions due to manufacturing error or material failure.
