1. Percent of remaining oil is not display on the dashboard.

Engine oil life control system should be reinstalled after each change to enable the system to calculate the next oil change time as follows:

Step 1: Turn the ignition key to ON position when the engine is off.

Step 2: Use the MENU button and the control button on the turn signal lever, scroll to the Engine oil life on the Driver Information Center (DIC).

Step 3: Press SET/CLEAR button to reset the Engine oil life to 100%.

Step 4: Turn the key to OFF position. Note that you should not reset the oil life display screen unless the oil is changed. The system will not be able to reinstall correctly. If notice code 82 (Change engine oil soon) or (oil change) is displayed in the Driver Information Center (DIC) when you start your car, that means the engine oil life control system has not been reinstalled. Repeat the above procedure.

2. Why the actual fuel consumption of my car is higher than announced by the Company?

Thank you for your information. As your car is in break-in period, the actual fuel consumption is not stable. In addition, the fuel consumption depends on usage conditions (load/speed/traffic quality). If necessary, you can drive your car to the Service Workshop and request technical support by our technicians.

3. What should I do when Fadil headlights are filling with water?

This is not a product error, it is only steam absorption and accumulation. Please drive your car to the nearest VinFast Service Workshop for support or contact 1900 232389 to schedule a test.
