Warranty is valid for the whole territory of Vietnam and provided by the Distributors. VinFast provides a Warranty Book to customers to ensure warranty is provided free of charge according to the terms and conditions of the Warranty Book.
• Warranty for 1 year or 20,000 km for batteries whichever comes first.
• Damage caused by any unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or conversion compared to original design such as changing capacity or structure, connecting accessories not provided by VinFast, etc., or connection not conducted by VinFast Distributors.
During the warranty period, if the car owner sells his/her car to another person, please bring the car and the Warranty Card to VinFast Distributors to re-register the warranty information. During the remaining warranty period, all warranty conditions are applied to new owners.
The warranty period for Lux A and Lux SA models is 5 years or 165,000KM, whichever comes first.
The warranty period for Fadil model is 12 months or 100,000KM, whichever comes first.
Decorative lighting system is not available for Lux SA2.0 base and advanced editions but available for premium edition (door step lights, leg-room lights, decorative lights around the car (dashboard, door handle panel).
All 3 Lux SA2.0 editions have 12V power socket and 230V AC outlet, serving the need to charge batteries for all your wireless devices from phones to tablets.
Lux SA2.0 base edition does not have a wireless charging function. Lux SA2.0 advanced and premium editions have wireless charging function (such as phones and peripherals, etc.).
