User account is your registered mobile phone number when buying your vehicle. Immediately after you register and enter required information for your account on the VinFast E-Scooter App, the system will send an OTP code to your mobile phone number to verify your account.
Customers using KlaraS, Ludo and Impes e-scooters do not have to pay eSim fees separately as they are included in the battery rental package. eSIM is built into all VinFast e-scooters.
VinFast has already provided application versions for both Android and IOS platforms. Please note that it is required to enter the phone number registered in the vehicle sale/ rental agreement when registering an application account.
Customers using KlaraS, Ludo and Impes e-scooters do not have to pay any fees to use VinFast E-Scooter application.
KlaraS, Ludo and Impes e-scooters use an application developed by VinFast. You can download "VinFast E-Scooter" application on the store, then register an account and log in with your phone number on the vehicle sale agreement to control your vehicle.
