• Damage caused by any unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or conversion compared to original design such as changing capacity or structure, connecting accessories not provided by VinFast, etc., or connection not conducted by VinFast Distributors.

• Damage due to such purpose of use as for car racing, extreme sports, off-road racing, etc.

• Damage caused by using non-genuine parts or using lubricants and coolant with different specifications than those stated in the user manual.

• Rust, paint discoloration, aging of rubber, lubricant degeneration or natural wear over time.

• Phenomena considered by VinFast to produce no effect on the quality and performance of the vehicle such as noise, small vibration and oil stains, etc.

• Damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms, floods or using a vehicle during flooding, accidents or other natural disasters.

• Damage caused by external factors such as soil, sand, gravel, rock, or sharp hard objects thrown into the vehicle during operation.

• Surface damage caused by factors beyond control such as: cigarette butts, chemicals, animal manure, salt, acid rain and other similar elements.

• Parts damaged by natural wear and included in the list of periodic replacements such as oils, grease, brake pads, clutch, bulbs, belts, wipers, filters, etc

• Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's routine maintenance schedule.

• Altering mileage rating, removing, erasing or losing the original state of parts resulting in failure to determine whether the parts are originally equipped with the vehicle.

• Damage occurred within the warranty period but the user delays in reporting unitl the warranty period expires.

• To the extent permitted by law, VinFast disclaims any liability for losses or other expenses such as phone charges, accommodation fees, other vehicle rentals, travel expenses and business damage or time consuming.
