Battery renting locations: VinFast Authorized Dealers and Showrooms

- You pay in advance the monthly battery renting fee to use the batteries.

- In your first battery renting period: You will pay the fee upon preparing battery renting agreement

- In your next battery renting periods: You will pay the fee before the 1st day of the following month by either of the following payment methods:

+ Payment for battery renting fee of the next month at any battery exchange station (Authorized dealer, Showroom, Vinmart, Vinmart +, etc.) by the payment methods available at the store (cash and bank cards, etc.)

+ Cashless payment via VinID through VinID application installed on your Smartphone. In addition, a VinID user can pay the battery renting fee to another. As VinID payment feature is being developed, VinFast will notify you of the specific time that the feature can be used.

Notes:

- If you rent the batteries in the middle of the month, renting fee of that month will based on the total remaining days of the month.

- You can pay in advance for 01 or more months.

- Please note that it is necessary to pay in full battery renting fee for battery exchange.

- If you fail to make payment 06 days from the due date, the system will lock the connection of your vehicle battery. VinFast will notify you before the battery is locked.
