VINFAST OPENS ORDERS FOR THE VF 7 IN VIETNAM

The VF 7 is offered in two trims – Base and Plus – and combines a stylish, sophisticated design with a modern, driver-oriented, and tech-forward experience. The Base model has a driving range of up to 375 km (about 233 miles – WLTP standards), thanks to a 59.6 kWh battery (usable capacity), with approximately 174 horsepower and maximum torque of 250 Nm (about 184 lb-ft). The Plus trim offers up to 431 km (about 268 miles – WLTP standards) thanks to a 75.3 kWh battery (usable capacity), with approximately 349 horsepower and maximum torque of 500 Nm (about 368 lb-ft).

All VF 7 models come equipped with VF Connect, featuring a range of advanced technologies and smart features, including a virtual assistant, in-car voice control, and question-and-answer capabilities, as well as auto e-call, intrusion alert, and time-fencing. These features distinguish VinFast from other automakers in the same segment.

Like other VinFast vehicles, the VF 7 boasts a comprehensive suite of advanced driver assistance systems that comes standard, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning, and 360 Surround View Monitoring, among others. VinFast will continue to enhance and update these features remotely and free of charge through December 31, 2024.

The VF 7, with its competitive pricing and advanced suite of features, will be a competitively priced vehicle in its segment when deliveries commence in early 2024. In Vietnam, the Base variant is priced at VND850 million (approximately USD35,000 excluding the battery), or VND999 million (approximately USD41,000 including the battery). The Plus variant is priced at VND999 million (approximately USD41,000 excluding the battery), or VND1.199 billion (approximately USD49,000 including the battery).

For the Vietnamese market, VinFast offers a battery leasing package with a monthly fee of VND2.9 million (approximately USD120) for a maximum of 3,000 km of travel per month. If the travel distance exceeds 3,000 km, the monthly subscription increases to VND4.8 million (roughly USD198). A VND41 million (around USD1,695) deposit is required for the battery lease. Upon contract termination, battery returns to VinFast, or transferring the vehicle and battery to another owner, this deposit will be refunded to customers.

The VF 7 is backed by a leading warranty of 10 years or 200,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). Additionally, the battery warranty provides coverage for 10 years with no limit on mileage. Customers in Vietnam can enjoy VinFast’s outstanding after-sales services, including Mobile Service, Mobile Charging, 24/7 roadside assistance, the Special Aftersales Policy, a commitment to repurchase used electric cars after five years, and much more. The first VF 7 deliveries to customers in Vietnam are expected to commence by the Lunar New Year.
