VinFast reserves the right to cancel a confirmed order in the following cases:

- There are loopholes, system errors, errors, mistakes that lead to errors in Product information (including but not limited to price, features, Product categories, conditions, offers applied to the Products) during the transaction on the Website.
- The customer does not meet the conditions for participating in the transaction and/or intentionally provides incorrect information during the transaction.
- Violating the provisions of preferential policies or promotions.
- When VinFast fails to contact the customer three (03) times or more within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of deposit payment.
