Decorative lighting system is not available for Lux A2.0 base and advanced editions but available for premium edition (door step lights, leg-room lights, decorative lights around the car (dashboard, door handle panel). 

A study by BMW and the Lighting Engineering Group at Ilmenau University of Technology found that ambient lighting improved drivers' perceptions of a car's interior. Such lighting intensifies spacial perception, enhances the perceived quality of materials and makes drivers feel safer.

All 3 Lux A2.0 editions have map reading lamps and ceiling lights, front compartment lights and trunk lights. All 3 Lux A2.0 editions also integrate mirrors and lights on sun visors.

The base edition does not have a sun visor system with electric adjustment while the premium edition has a rear-glass sun visor system with electric adjustment.
